- An impression (intraoral scan is fine) plus two photographs — that is all we need to start
- Visual plan, wax-up and mock-up within a short time

How do I get a price list for my practice?+

What turnaround times do you work with?+
It depends on the type of work, but every case is taken on with a specific, committed deadline. Express handling can be arranged in advance for urgent cases.
Do you accept digital impressions from intraoral scanners?+
Yes — we accept files from every intraoral scanner in any open format (for example STL). Conventional impressions are of course welcome too.
How does the finished work reach the practice?+
We deliver by courier in and around Budapest, and collection in person at the District XI lab is also possible. We agree the logistics together at the start of the partnership.
Do you offer repairs, adjustments and a warranty?+
Yes. We provide adjustments and follow-up on all our work — for us a restoration is finished only when both the dentist and the patient are satisfied.
Can I contact the lab directly as a patient?+
Yes, do get in touch. Restorations are always made in cooperation with a dentist — if you do not have one yet, we will refer you to one of our partner practices, while shade taking and Smile Design planning take place at the lab.
